Truth About Jenman

Top New Zealand property investor names Jenman as "The Great Deceiver"

There is a funny little man in Australia named Neil Jenman who endlessly tries to generate fame and fortune for himself and his own Real Estate business by attacking and maligning others. It’s a weird self promotion strategy that has caused him to need constant physical protection from body guards because he has told so many porkies about so many people

He promotes himself as Neil Jenman "Consumer Advocate" which is just a self proclaimed crown of piety which he uses to pass off his attacks as "in the interests of the public good." The sad thing is that he is so focused on the generation of exaggerated publicity that the facts, truth and real story are the first casualties to be lost. These are quickly replaced by much more personally profitable tactics of manipulation, half truths and salacious innuendo which generates more attention for Neil Jenman and his Jenman Real Estate franchises but neither accurately serves his customers or those he writes about.

What makes this deceit masterful is that some of the principles he espouses are worthy of consideration and some of the targets he selects are genuinely dodgy. The problem is he stretches this assumption to everyone that he writes about so the poor old reader struggles to differentiate the good from the bad, the true from the false and the innuendo and made up lies from the facts. Everyone becomes a villain!

So why am I telling you all this? Well it seems Neil Jenman likes me.

In fact he likes lots of the respected individuals in the property industry. Industry leaders like: Tony Robbins, Dolf DeRoos, Robert Kiyosaki, Steve McKnight, Brad Sugars and many others all feature as villains in Neil Jenmans world. I’m in great company! It seems if you help others or are a quality financial educator like Richmastery.. your on Neil’s assassination list.

But this month Neil Jenman seems to like Phil Jones and Richmastery. You see Neil is writing a book that will be "salacious" and "expose" all the players in the property and wealth creation industry. And once again I’m sure their will be a few genuinely dodgy characters featured in order for the book to have an artificial perception of accuracy. But its really just another dirty effort to get Neil Jenman more publicity by slandering others and doing what he's always done.... profited from manipulating the truth.

Many of my peers in Australia have already had Jenman creeping around and ambushing them in order to get them to give him selective quotes he can misuse. And now it seems its my turn.

On the 5th of September in wrote in my blog about the Commando Photographer who leapt from his hiding place to photograph me arriving at work.

What is so sad is that the very breaches of ethics and integrity Neil Jenman accuses others of are the exact things he practices himself! Neils use of deceit, lies and dishonesty by masquerading as someone he is not only validates what most in the Real Estate industry have known for a long time... Neil is the great deceiver and master manipulator that is only interested in one thing... HIMSELF!

One day the public will come to know this and balance and honesty will be restored. At least by reading this blog you will be a little wiser as to the Games Neil Jenman Plays.

It''s harder to find Neil Jenman than the famous Wally, says Enzo Raimondo. Since 1995 Jenman has almost worn out his arm throwing down the debate gauntlet - challenging the real estate industry to take him on in public debate and likewise senior members of our industry are also just as weary from throwing down the very same gauntlet.
